CT Public School stepped into its
12th Academic Session by seeking the blessings
of God Almighty. Prayer service was held in school prayer
hall and community lunch was also arranged. The Principal
of the school, Mrs. Lakhvinder Kaur motivated the
students to work hard and achieve their targets..
BUZZING WITH ACTIVITIES
Annual Health Inspection
Date:- April
10, 2008
CT Public School organised a
Medical Check-up camp in which the students were inspected
regarding their health, weight, height etc. The aim of the
Medical Check-up was to create awareness regarding good
eating habits. The students promised not to use Junk Food
and have a nutritious and balanced diet for the progress
of a healthy society and a healthy nation. The health
report was sent to parents along with personalized
compliments and suggestions by school pediatrician.
Solo Song Competition ( I-III )
Date:- April 10, 2008
Solo Song Competition was
organised in Primary Section of CT Public School. All
Students participated with great zeal and enthusiasm.
Principal of the School, Mrs. Lakhvinder Kaur presided
over the competition. She appreciated the commendable
efforts of the participants and their teachers. The

celebrates Baisakhi by hugging Nature

The Kindergarten students of CT
Public School were taken to wheat fields of Raipur ballan
village. It was an effort to bring the young ones close to
nature. Principal, Mrs. Lakhvinder Kaur said that such
activities have been made part of Activity Calendar so
that students can get first hand experience of things
around them.

Seminar on “SAVE WATER” by Dainik Bhaskar

Leading Hindi Newspaper Dainik
Bhaskar organised a seminar on “SAVE WATER” to sensitize
children about water scarcity and need to use it wisely.
The students took pledge that they would not waste water.
Principal of the school, Mrs. Lakhvinder Kaur enlightened
the students with various beneficial tips to save water.

THE LITTLE WONDER

Simran Dhaliwal, student of Class
III bagged First prize in Under-9 (Girls) category at the
prestigious D.D. Khosla Memorial Punjab State Junior Chess
Championship held on 19th and 20th
April, 2008 at GRD Academy, Ludhiana. Simran Dhaliwal is
now selected to represent the state at the National Level
Championship. Principal of the School, Mrs. Lakhvinder
Kaur congratulated Simran and encouraged her to aim and
work hard to represent India on the International Scene!
Earth Day celebration in CT Public School
Date:- April 22, 2008
Earth day was celebrated in CT
Public School to give the final touch to the week long
celebrations held in the school including Poster Making
and Slogan writing activities. Students of classes IV to
VIII visited the residents of Greater Kailash. They
distributed pamphlets with the message-“SAVE WATER- IT’S
PRECIOUS”. Verbally they asked all the people to protect
Mother Earth by growing more trees, avoiding pollution and
spreading this message to others as well.
